I am a general practice lawyer practicing in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. I also practice internationally, and among my list of foreign clients is the embassy of a European country.
I do virtually every kind of business law, contract writing, real estate, property, estate planning, employment law, divorce, mediation, and more.
Many of my clients come from international organizations such as the World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF).
"Mediation, not Litigation"
I am a zealous advocate for my client when we are in court, but if I can find a way to avoid litigation -- the aggravation, the big legal bills, the time, the emotional energy, the draining of human and monetary resources, the bad blood that leads at times to further litigation, not to mention the all-too-real effect on the physical health of the parties that litigation may cause -- then I will do so.
